If a client chooses to waive the signature requirement, Lachelle will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or missing packages once the order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier.
Responsibility After Shipment
Once an order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier, Lachelle is no longer responsible for delays, lost items, or missing bags caused after shipment. Any delivery issues after dispatch should be addressed directly with the carrier.
